Winna Li is a tax associate at Baker & McKenzie's Washington D.C. office. Winna joined the firm's Shanghai office in 2011 and was transferred in 2014 to the United States. Ms. Li specializes in domestic and international tax planning for mergers, acquisitions and other major corporate reorganizations. She regularly advises multinational clients operating and investing in China on a broad range of domestic and international tax issues. She also regularly advises on employment-related taxes such as employee share options plans and related matters.
