Michael Wong is a member of the Firm's Global Executive Committee. He practices in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as Corporate Law. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings and received his LL.M from Soochow University. Mr. Wong was admitted to the California Bar in 1985.

Dr. Constanze Ulmer-Eilfort is a member of the Firm's Global Executive Committee and chair of the EMEA region. Previously, from 2012-2017, she was the managing partner of the German and Austrian offices. Constanze has more than 20 years experience in advising high technology, pharmaceutical and media companies on the protection and commercialization of intellectual property rights. She advises on a broad range of agreements such as collaboration and license agreements, R&D agreements and agreements with academic institutions. Furthermore, she is also seasoned in the field of copyright. Constanze is ranked by JUVE, Legal 500 and Chambers as a leading lawyer in life sciences transactions and in copyright and has been awarded with the "Overall Outstanding Female Practitioner Award" at the 2016 Euromoney European Women in Business Law Awards and the PMN Awards as Managing Partner of the year 2015.

Esteban Raventós is a member of the Firm's Global Executive Committee and chair of the EMEA region. Previously, from 2016 to 2018, he chaired the Wealth Management Group in EMEA. Between 2013 and 2017, he was one of the five members of Baker McKenzie's global Financial Committee. In addition, from 2010 to 2013, he was the managing partner of the Barcelona office. He was also appointed as a member of the Management Committee of the Taxation Group in EMEA in 2008.

Jaime Trujillo is a member of the Firm's Global Executive Committee, member of the Firm's Financial Committee, and chair of the Latin America region. Previously, he was Acting Global Chair of Baker McKenzie, the Managing Partner in Colombia. Between 2013 and 2016, Jaime was the leader of Baker McKenzie's Latin America Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity Practice Group. He joined Baker McKenzie Colombia in 1985 as a law clerk. In 1997, he was appointed partner and in 2000 was designated a principal in the Firm. Jaime has been consecutively ranked as a Band 1 lawyer by Chambers & Partners Latin America and by Chambers & Partners Global.

Colin Murray is Chief Executive Officer in the North America Region with responsibility for managing Baker McKenzie's practices and people in the United States, Mexico and Canada. In addition, he leads North America in executing the Firm's strategy and purpose, which is to help clients navigate an increasingly complex world. Colin considers himself a "servant leader" and values the input of his entire leadership team, partners, clients and employees. As such, he works hard to makes himself accessible to every single person at the firm at every level of the organization. A strong believer in the power and efficacy of diverse teams, he has worked hard to increase the diversity of the North America Leadership team, which now comprises more than 60% of diverse individuals, including women, attorneys of color and members of the LGBTQ community. A seasoned trial lawyer who represents global and local clients in complex, fact-intensive business disputes, Colin has tried over 50 cases through final jury verdict, as well as a substantial number of bench trials and private domestic and international arbitration proceedings. He is a former prosecutor who regularly conducted internal investigations on behalf of special committees, and has defended SEC and state agency enforcement actions on behalf of companies and individuals. He also has significant appellate experience, having briefed and argued in the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California Court of Appeal.
