Jessica Kathryn Mutton's practice focuses on international trade, encompassing: sanctions and export controls; customs; anti-bribery and corruption; and tax evasion. She joined Baker McKenzie from another global law firm in 2015. She studied and worked in both London and Paris, and has knowledge of both the English common law and French civil law systems. Jessica is the lead associate covering Brexit-related developments, analysing how they will affect the UK's trading position generally and clients' businesses specifically. Mariana Rojas is a member of the International Commercial & Trade Practice Group in Baker McKenzie's Mexico City office. She joined the Firm in 2010 and has experience in matters related to foreign trade and customs, free trade agreements (FTA), regulatory matters, consumer's protection and domestic and international litigation procedures.

Eunkyung Kim Shin is an associate of Baker McKenzie’s International Commercial Practice Group and the International Trade Compliance Sub-Practice Group in the Chicago office.
