Law No. 32027 and Supreme Decree No. 003-2024-TR, published during the last month, have authorized employees to withdraw 100% of their Compensation for Length of Service (CTS) until 31 December 2024.

The National Superintendence of Labor Inspection – SUNAFIL has implemented the application called Self-diagnosis of Safety and Health at Work through which employers will be able to verify their workplace safety and health compliance level. Through an online questionnaire, employers will be able to identify, verify and assess the situation of their companies in terms of compliance with their occupational health and safety obligations.
Supreme Decree No. 006-2021-TR, which approves the collective bargaining Regulation and minimum working conditions of the Agrarian Labor Regime Law, was published on 30 March 2021. This standard sets out provisions related to the promotion of collective bargaining in the agricultural sector and the minimum working conditions that companies must implement.
