Evelyn Romero-Ávila joined Baker McKenzie Colombia in 2000 as a associate in the labor department. She was named local partner in 2009. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Romero was an associate for an important local law firm and a legal assistant for Science Applications International Corporation. She has also written numerous articles on Colombian labor law for Legal Review Latin America.

Miguel Galvez is a partner in Baker McKenzie Philippines . He has given various lectures in Mandatory Continuing Legal Education courses on the subject of immigration and remedial law. Rafael Roman Cruz is an associate in Quisumbing Torres' Dispute Resolution Practice Group and the Consumer Goods and Retail Industry Group. Prior to joining the Firm, he assisted various clients on corporate and tax issues, including local regulatory and government compliance requirements. He also handled employment and general litigation for clients. He graduated with honors from the Ateneo de Manila Law School in 2017.

Kelvin Poa is a principal in Baker McKenzie's Singapore office. He is an investment fund corporate and regulatory professional, and leads the Firm's Asia Pacific Private Equity group. He draws on his extensive background in private equity — and proficiency in fund formation and structuring — to deliver innovative and workable solutions for clients. He advises leading private equity and real estate houses to find ‘fund compatible’ structures for their investment acquisitions, restructurings and exits — and assists asset management clients to navigate transformational transactions or complex reorganisations successfully. He is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Global Labor Employment and Employee Benefits Practice Group, where he advises on related corporate, tax and labor law issues, and leads the Firm's Global Immigration & Mobility department in London. Tony is an appointed member of the Law Society's Immigration Law Committee which provides expert guidance to practitioners and seeks to influence the direction of policy. He is recognized as a leader in his field by all of the main UK legal directories including Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, Legal Experts, Global Counsel 3000 and A Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers.

She is ranked in the Hall of Fame, Legal 500, and has been listed in Chambers Global. Ms. Morgan has been a member of the Chicago Management Committee and has held positions on several global Firm committees.

Melissa Allchin is an Attorney in Baker McKenzie's Employment and Compensation Practice with more than eleven years of experience in corporate immigration law. She routinely advises multinational and domestic clients on the strategy, requirements, and procedures to secure visas and work and residence permits and satisfy employment eligibility and other immigration-related regulatory requirements for a global workforce. Melissa frequently speaks on global and US immigration and immigration compliance issues at Firm and client events geared towards global mobility, human resources, and legal professionals. She has been a Member of the Firm's Pro Bono and Diversity Committees.

David M. Serwer represents and advises employers in legal matters related to the global transfer of personnel. He is a frequent speaker on topics relating to US immigration law and compliance, and has written numerous articles for US and international publications. Mr. Serwer is editor of the Firm’s Global Immigration & Mobility Update, and was co-author of the United States Business Immigration Manual. He is also actively engaged in pro bono legal work, managing and directing 2-3 naturalization clinics per year and represents 10-20 naturalization applications each year at naturalization hearings.
