Luis Gomez serves as partner in the London office’s EU, Competition & Trade Department and currently chair of the EMEA Competition Group. He advises on general competition and merger control law at both the EU and UK levels, as well as varied competition issues in a wide range of industry sectors, including the oil and gas, mining, chemicals, infrastructure, agribusiness, media, consumer goods and financial services sectors. Luis is co-author of "State Measures and Public Bodies" in PLC’s EC and UK Competition Law Practice Manuals. He joined Baker McKenzie in 1994 and became a partner in 2003.

Stephen Crosswell is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Competition practice in Hong Kong, where he oversees competition matters in Hong Kong, China, Vietnam and Korea. He wrote the Hong Kong chapters of Sweet & Maxwell's Competition Law in China & Hong Kong and the Oxford University Press Global Antitrust Compliance Handbook. Mr. Crosswell regularly speaks at leading antitrust events in Asia. He is also involved in capacity building with regional regulators and antitrust policy work. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Mr. Crosswell headed a Magic Circle firm's antitrust and competition practice in Hong Kong and coordinated their overall practice in Asia.

Andre Gan is the managing partner of Wong & Partners. He is a corporate and securities partner who also heads Wong & Partners’ Competition Group. Brian Burke is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Antitrust Practice Group. He concentrates on federal antitrust and trade regulation issues. He assists clients successfully navigate the merger clearance process before the US as well as international antitrust authorities. Additionally, Brian has extensive experience representing clients outside of the merger context in civil and criminal governmental antitrust investigations as well as in commercial antitrust litigation. He also regularly counsels clients on the establishment and review of antitrust compliance programs and risk assessments as well as pricing/distribution policies. Brian is a member of the Steering Committee for the Firm’s North America Antitrust Practice Group, and is the Firm’s North America representative on its global merger-control taskforce.
