Erwandi Hendarta is a senior partner and the Head of Finance & Projects Practice Group in Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners. Erwandi has extensive experience working in the business and financial sectors. Erwandi has had multiple careers, having worked as a central banker at Bank Indonesia (the Central Bank of Indonesia) handling Government’s projects with multilateral agencies (IBRD/the World Bank, OECF, ADB) and as an investment banker doing corporate finance with Schroders Indonesia (an investment banking arm of Schroders Plc., London) before becoming a lawyer with HHP.
In addition to his Indonesian legal degree, Erwandi has an LL.M. from Cornell University, USA, and an MBA from Boston University, USA. He was a recipient of prestigious graduate scholarships from the Fulbright, USA and the World Bank. Erwandi has been a regular contributor to Doing Business publications by the World Bank and the IFC.

Sue Wan Wong is a partner in the Corporate, Commercial & Securities Practice Group of Wong & Partners and she also drives the Firm's Fintech practice. Sue Wan is a widely acknowledged practitioner, having ranked as a Band 1 practitioner for Chambers Fintech Legal since its inception and receiving the Woman Lawyer of the Year and "40 under 40" awards by Asian Legal Business in 2018 and 2015 respectively. She is also sought after for her valuable insights in the Fintech space, with multiple participation in interviews, commentaries and publications across the region. Sue Wan is a member of the US-ASEAN Business Council (Financial Services Committee) and served as the former Secretary of the Fintech Association of Malaysia.

Mahardikha K. Sardjana is a partner in the Finance & Projects Practice Group of Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners. He has been specializing in banking and finance matters for more than nine years. Mr. Sardjana has been leading the group's M&A projects on financial institutions for the past eight years. He has been involved in several projects relating to derivatives, commission sharing, securitization, loan syndications, mergers and acquisitions of banks and general banking and finance transactions. Mr. Sardjana has also assisted due diligence projects for acquisitions, mergers, rights issues, companies going private, bond transactions, and in the drafting of the legal due diligence reports for the transactions.

Shih Hui Lee has advised on both regional and Singapore tax issues, with focus on advising MNCs on international tax aspects of cross-border transactions. Her practice includes advising clients on tax issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, indirect taxes, transfer taxes, foreign direct investment and cross-border tax planning issues. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Shih Hui worked in one of the Big Four accounting firms in Singapore. She has experienced being an in-house regional tax advisor in one of the multinational cable and satellite television channel.

Caitlin Whale is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie´s Technology, Communications and Commercial team. She advises on technology, outsourcing and commercial law issues. Caitlin advises on technology and rights-specific issues in large corporate and commercial transactions, and has experience in managing multi-territory licensing and divestments for multi-national clients. She has extensive experience in advising on a range of commercial arrangements, including licence and software agreements, research and development and collaboration agreements, supply agreements and distribution agreements. Caitlin has experience in rights management and enforcement, advising on the ownership, registration, exploitation and protection of copyright, trade marks and designs. She has represented rights-owners and users and has particular experience in relation to online infringement issues.
