Baker & McKenzie FenXun (FTZ) Joint Operation Office is a joint operation between Baker & McKenzie LLP, an Illinois limited liability partnership, and FenXun Partners, a Chinese law firm. In the field of insurance and capital utilization, Ada provides regular legal services for multiple insurance companies and insurance asset management companies, including compliance management, product review, self-assessment of investment capacity and information disclosure, policy translation and localization, issuance of capital supplementary bonds; the investment of insurance funds and the establishment and issuance of related products involve a variety of product forms including debt investment plans, equity investment plans, trust schemes and funds. Ada has a wide knowledge of characteristics of different financial institutions and products, which enables her to assist clients designing reasonable transaction structures and controlling legal risks effectively. In addition, Ada pays close attention to and participates in the introduction and discussion of regulatory policies, and successfully assisted clients in a series of business innovations.
Regarding finance and asset management, Ada advises trust companies and asset management on regular compliance issues, product design and launch, as well as subsequent investments.
As for dispute resolution, Ada focuses on commercial disputes among companies/ over contracts, and has rich experience in dealing with various financial and insurance disputes.
On 21 June 2021, the first batch of four real estate investment trust funds in the field of infrastructure were successfully listed at Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
