The US DOJ and FTC issued an antitrust guidance for human resource professionals warning of criminal prosecution against companies, HR professionals and other individuals, for formal and informal wage-fixing or no-poaching agreements between companies.
Celina Joachim is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Houston office and certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment arbitration, litigation, counseling, and traditional labor law. Ms. Joachim rejoined Baker McKenzie in July 2015 after serving as in-house labor/employment and litigation counsel at a leading energy company, where she managed employment and commercial litigation matters across the country.
