She also serves as an editor of a law journal in the fields of banking and capital markets law. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Charlotte worked several years with a major Swiss law firm where she gained in-depth experience in finance transactions. Charlotte obtained a LL.M. degree in international financial law from King's College London and worked as a research assistant at the University of St. Gallen.
