Holly Glenn is a principal economist with over two decades of experience in transfer pricing and valuation. She has led transfer pricing engagements of all types, including restructuring intercompany arrangements for tax planning, preparing US and foreign documentation, audit defense and litigation, and negotiating bilateral and unilateral advance pricing agreements and MAPS.
